Hi! I am Rebecca the founder of Align and Co. I strive to bring my passion for Chiropractic care, families and healthy living together all under on roof. I love to connect with people, build a community and share the ethos of "ubuntu" a beautiful South African philosophy meaning "I am because we are". 

Align & Co. as a health collective is a dream come true and with great joy I open the doors to the community. Whilst I am relatively "new" to Dun Laoghaire I have a wealth of experience and skills from nearly a decade of private practice and from working around the world.

I trained in South Africa at the University of Johannesburg and has chased and trained further in family chiropractic care and sports chiropractic right from the start. I have worked in busy practices inJohannesburg, Cape Town and South Yorkshire with a mixture of professional athletes, weekend warriors, new parents and babies. 

I have such a deep love for my family and being outdoors and of course can't help myself from competing in sporting events. All these little aspects of me outside of work help me better care for the community.

Katherine and Isy are the friendly force behind the scenes at Align & Co, helping everything run smoothly. As mums to young families themselves, they truly understand the juggle of busy family life and working motherhood. While you won’t see them in the clinic, they’re always in the background making sure your experience feels seamless, calm, and well cared for. 

At Align & Co we are dedicated to providing high-quality health care services to our community. We tailor every appointment to the individual whether it’s your baby’s first Chiropractic check, support for breastfeeding, lifestyle changes or injury recovery and prevention.
